Our dealership has each model of the 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens drivers. They include:
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES
It's the introductory model of the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It carries several standard features. They include heated front seats, cloth upholstery, rear parking sensors, a well-tuned infotainment system, and a dual-zone automatic control.
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE
Most features offered in the entry-level accompany this model. However, it adds some of its own such as push-button start, power-adjustable front seats, automatic high-beam headlights, panoramic sunroof, upgraded all-wheel-drive, and rear parking sensors.
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE
It is equipped with terrific standard features such as rear cross-traffic alert, panoramic sunroof, and an all-wheel-drive system.
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SP
It has most features of the lower trims. It only adds several styling elements and an all-wheel-drive system.
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL
Consider the SEL trim since it is the only lowest trim to provide plug-in-hybrid, and its price is also fair. It adds some features like a power liftgate, panoramic sunroof, a heated steering wheel, and leather upholstery.
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT
Since it is the top-ranked trim, it offers almost all features included in the other trims. It only adds a black headliner, 4WD decal, black roof rails, and auto-dimming rearview mirror.
Performance
The Outlander Sport boasts two engine options, with the base engine being a 2.0-liter 4-cyldiner that manages 148 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. This engine pairs with a continuously variable transmission and offers front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is an optional upgrade. The GT trim level of the Outlander Sport ensures increased power thanks to a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 168 horsepower and 167 pound-feet of torque. This engine comes with all-wheel drive while also working with a continuously variable transmission.
Technology
Tech options are quite robust, with even the base S trim coming outfitted with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, aa 4-speaker audio system, USB ports, and Bluetooth connectivity. The LE trim allows Royal drivers to enjoy increased tech offerings like an 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, voice recognition functionality, and front/rear USB ports. The SE Special Edition comes with a 6-speaker audio system. All higher trims come with the same set of tech offerings as the SE Special Edition.
Interior Features
If you're a Palm Beach driver concerned with comfort, then you can look forward to a robust selection of interior options. The S trim comes with cloth-trimmed seats, a height-adjustable driver's seat, automatic climate control, and split folding rear seats. The ES trim doesn't make any interior changes, so if you're a Royal driver interested in additional comfort, you'll likely want to consider the LE. The LE trim gains a leather-wrapped steering wheel and heated front seats. The SE Special Edition comes with keyless entry and ignition. The GT Special Edition gains leather upholstery and black headliner.
Safety
The Outlander Sport spreads and impressive set of driver assistance and classic safety equipment. For starters, Palm Beach drivers can look forward to automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, and automatic high beam assist. If you're looking for increased safety features, you'll want to consider a higher trim like the SE or GT. The SE trim adds blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert while the GT trim adds the same. Classic safety equipment that comes with all trims includes seat belts and airbags.
Trim Overview
The Outlander Sport makes seven trims available. The base S trim ensures a well-rounded set of features to help drivers with most any auto needs. The ES trim makes some small additions, like 18-inch wheels, LED foglights, and a drive mode selector. The LE trim can be considered the middle-tier trim, offering drivers increased tech and comfort features. The SE Special Edition lives up to its name by adding a handful of tech and convenience features. The SE trim primarily adds some driver assistance features while the GT Special Edition makes some exterior changes (roof rails) while also adding leather upholstery, making it one of the top trim options. The GT trim is the GT Special Edition that adds blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert.
