All used vehicle purchases come with a 3 Day / 300 Mile return policy
- You will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges to you and back to our dealership, which are non-refundable
- To start the return process, please email management@drivetaverna.com with your return request
- Return requests must be received via email by 5:00PM Eastern Time on Day 3 after you take delivery of the vehicle. The day you take delivery of the vehicle is Day 1 of the return policy window
- Vehicles must be returned in the same cosmetic/mechanical condition they were sold with less than 300 miles added to the odometer.
